Those who heard Seattle-based jazz quartet The Threat of Beauty last September were captivated by the ensemble’s original, modern sound and moved by their sincere, passionate improvisations. Led by bassist and composer Evan Flory-Barnes and featuring Dylan Rieck (cello), Jacques Willis (vibes) and Eric Peters (drums), The Threat of Beauty delivers a thoughtful and funky mix of jazz, hip-hop, classical and free improvisation. Swing Fever Big Band Dance Evening
The fun never stops with 18-piece big band Swing Fever – come dance the night away!

Swing Fever is dedicated to the music of the 1930s and '40s, playing it as though the numbers are "on today's Hit Parade." The band treats Swing-era music as a living, breathing form to which the players bring fresh excitement, new arrangements and unusual instrumentation. Clever, fun, romantic, moody, witty - here is wonderful, classic music presented in its full emotional range. An ideal way to spend a lovely summer evening – swinging the night away!
